Dr. Kristen Walters
A Chester County, Pennsylvania native, Dr. Walters earned her Bachelor’s of Science in biology education and chemistry from the University of Delaware, and a doctoral degree from the Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida where she earned honors for academic and clinical excellence.
After earning her doctoral degree, she completed an internship with nationally known doctors, authors, and lecturers at the Spine and Pain Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Walters has been with Spinal Care since 2008 and in that time has been awarded the “Best of Montco” five times. In addition to her tenure at Spinal Care, she spent two years working with a national rehabilitation group that focused on the rapid recovery of musculo- skeletal injuries. She treated athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA and the US Olympic team.
She has an avid following of athletes from high school to professional athletics, cross-fit and endurance athletics. “I know what it is like to be in pain, and if we can help people get out of pain, then there is no better feeling. Whether it is being able to play football with your kids in the yard or with the Eagles at the Linc, I don’t want pain to stop you.” Her goal is to always put the patient first and to fix musculo- skeletal injuries quickly and permanently.

She understands the importance of self-care in everyone’s lives and wants to be able to assist anyone and everyone to achieve optimum health and relaxation. Nina is skilled in many different modalities with special interest and certifications in Soft Tissue Mobilization (Grastin technique), Myofascial Release Techniques as well as Sports Massage and Cupping. Janine Borders

Achieving excellence in customer service is a passion of Janine’s and anyone she greets at the desk will surely recognize her dedication to Spinal Care’s mission to provide exceptional patient service. When she isn’t in the office or doing schoolwork, Janine enjoys spending time in her sunroom spoiling her dogs, Cecelia and Sampson, reading or watching Great British Bake off or crime shows on Netflix.
Cindy Golden
Cindy recently retired from 35 years of teaching and is excited to work with the patients and staff at Spinal Care. She enjoys meeting new people and is eager to help patients with their scheduling and billing requests. In her free time, Cindy is often found singing or ringing bells in her church choirs, as well as enjoying time in her little house in the woods.
Colette McAndrew
Colette joined Spinal Care in 2006. She manages the billing processes and leads the administrative team but also enjoys working the front desk since it gives her the opportunity to interact with our patients. In her spare time, you can usually find her “doting” on her little Yorkie, Coco.
Sharon Motson
After 5 years of practicing massage therapy alongside health care practitioners of many disciplines, Sharon joined Spinal Care in 2017 as a chiropractic assistant and is now our practice manager. Sharon was attracted by Spinal Care’s commitment to improving patients’ lives and she has certainly lived up to that creed herself. She is the “wizard behind the curtain” managing everything from Spinal Care’s website and social media marketing to HR and scheduling. Even with all she does behind the scenes, every once in a while you can find her working “hands on” in the office. Outside of the office, she can often be found in her workshop crafting wood signs or up-cycling salvaged goods to be used for a new purpose.
Watson Walters
Sir Watson Peesalot (or just Watson) is a native of the Labrador and Newfoundland areas of Canada but made his way to Collegeville via the Home At Last rescue. His areas of expertise include napping, hunting ground hogs, eating grass, and more napping. He is friendly with humans and dogs alike but not a big fan of small animals. While the rest of the team is tending to patients, Watson can be found lounging in the prep room or wandering around looking for someone to pet him. Keep an eye out for the big black fluffball next time you are in the office.
